As part of my yoga teacher training I was given the opportunity to practice chanting in a wooden, dome like structure with 17 others. We chanted OM repeatedly for an hour, the sound was all encompassing, ethereal and fascinating to be part of, truly a wonderful experience.

I’d always been intrigued by permaculture but didn’t completely understand what it was. After seeing a permaculture garden at a festival I decided to take an introductory course and learn more.

Yoga is a unification. It is a practice and a way of life. It is not only what we do, it is who we are, how we live our lives, how we act, how we treat others, how we tread on this Earth. It is an opportunity to look inwards, to reconnect with ourselves.
